Boston horror-inspired metal band ICE NINE KILLS have successfully raised over $54,000 (AUD) following an overwhelming response to their limited-edition exclusive t-shirt sale that took place earlier this month to help aid the Australian wildfire relief efforts. Profits from the sale are being donated equally between Australia Zoo’s Wildlife Warriorsa non-profit organization founded by the late Steve Irwin and his wife, Terri Irwin, to aid in the protection of injured, threatened or endangered wildlife-and the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery.
ICE NINE KILLS recently made their inaugural appearance in Australia in December of last year as part of the Good Things Festival (Sydney), along with a handful of headlining gigs in Brisbane and Melbourne.

For over a decade, ICE NINE KILLS has built a thrilling new world for their band and their growing legion of fans with their horror-inspired soundtracks and theatrical live performances which invoke the characters in the horror movies they allude to. The band achieved a career highlight with their hit single “A Grave Mistake” landing in the Top 10 Active Mainstream Rock Radio charts, in addition to be named as one of SiriusXM’s ‘Future Five’ Breakthrough Artists of 2019. Following a world tour in support of their critically acclaimed 2018 effort via Fearless Records which has surpassed 100,000 sales to date, ICE NINE KILLS released The Silver Scream: Final Cut last October which features guest appearances from iconic figures in both the metal and horror world alike, along with their own full-length horror feature film starring vocalist Spencer Charnas. The band will continue to tour across North America and the UK/EU throughout 2020 alongside acts includingPapa Roach, Hollywood Undead, Five Finger Death Punch and I Prevail and at several of the largest U.S. rock festivals.
