INFRARED MAGAZINE is an independent entertainment publication covering music, live events, film, festivals, releases and culture. Our roots run deep in rock and heavy music, but our editorial scope is deliberately broader: if the story matters to music and entertainment audiences, it belongs in the conversation.

THE STORY BEHIND INFRARED

INFRARED was built around the idea that the most interesting stories are not always the most obvious ones. We cover established artists and emerging talent, national tours and local scenes, major releases and overlooked records, packed arenas and intimate clubs. The goal is simple: strong reporting, memorable photography and coverage that respects both the artist and the audience.

LIVE MUSIC IS PART OF OUR DNA

Concert coverage is one of INFRARED’s defining strengths. Our live stories combine editorial reporting with photography designed to document how a performance actually felt — the energy, atmosphere, production, audience and moments that make a show memorable.

BASED IN DALLAS–FORT WORTH. BUILT FOR A WIDER AUDIENCE.

North Texas is an important part of INFRARED’s identity, but the publication is not limited to one city, one genre or one scene. Our contributors cover artists, tours, festivals, film and entertainment stories across the United States and beyond.

EDITORIAL LEADERSHIP

INFRARED Magazine is led by Owner/Editor Jason Crews, whose live-music photography and editorial work are also showcased at Jason Crews Photography.
