LANDMVRKS was born in Marseille, France, in 2014. The band now consists of Florent Salfati on vocals, Rudy Purkart on bass guitar, Nicolas Exposito and Paul C. Wilson on guitars and Kévin D’Agostino on drums.
For two years the band composed and recorded songs and began sharing the stage at local shows with bands like FIRST BLOOD , MORE THAN LIFE . Little by little, LANDMVRKS made a name for itself in the French metalcore scene. During this time, the band released a few singles and videos to help build their fan base.
In May 2016 LANDMVRKS released their first album » Hollow «, which was produced entirely by Florent Salfati and Nicolas Exposito .
They decided to release this album independently and toured the streets of Europe to present this work.
They seduced their audience with a modern metalcore style full of hardcore riffs and catchy choruses. This album has helped them secure slots at major festivals and build their reputation.
In 2018 the band signed a contract with Arising Empire Records for their second studio album » Fantasy « and they show how successful the band has managed to build their name and maintain their own style.
In two years they traveled the world, played in Japan, did some headline tours and had the opportunity to play on great European tours ( WHILE SHE SLEEP , STRAY OF THE PATH , ANY GIVEN DAY ).
While they were out, they had time to focus on brand new material.
