BLUDSHED FESTIVAL (Surrey, BC) Announces Band Submissions For 2024 Fundraiser!

Bludshed Heavy Music Fest rebranded from BC’s Metalocalypstick Fest founded by Kaija Kinney of Vancouverâs Anarcheon to create a femme-centric and all-inclusive music event.
After being on hiatus since 2020 under its previous moniker, Bludshed Heavy Music Fest is the ultimate heavy music campout festival, featuring heavy metal, trapcore, punk, and anywhere in between.
“BLUDSHED is where the hardcore ladies of the heavy music scene are. Everythingâs female-centric,” adds Kinney.
This year’s 2024 event is a two-day camping and music that will be a rebranding fundraiser for next year. BHMF is calling it a heavy music fest rather than heavy metal because day one will be heavy dark rap and trap metal and day two is all metal with a female in each band to what Metalocalypstick Fest was.
Hosted in Surrey, BC on August 31st and September 1st, bands and artists interested in applying to perform can submit their info at https://www.bludshed.com/artists (the deadline to submit is June 7th)
