CARRION Inks Deal with Wormholedeath for ‘Morbid Nailgun Necropsy’ Album, Set to Release March 3rd, 2023
CARRION stated: We are proud to announce that we signed with the Italian label Wormholedeath Records for the release of our third album “Morbid Nailgun Necropsy”.
Recorded by Lander Cluyse at Hearse Studio and mixed/mastered by Kai Stahlenberg at Kohlekeller Studio (known for their work with Aborted, Benighted, Electric Callboy, etc.), ‘Morbid Nailgun Necropsy‘ offers a fast-paced modern Death Metal experience with groovy and dark undertones.
CARRION, the Death Metal powerhouse founded by Mathieu Vander Vennet, Sven Van Severen, and Jan Van den Berghe in Hansbeke, Belgium, in 2008, has evolved from teenage cover band roots into a formidable force in the metal scene. Their debut album ‘Revelations’ in 2012 showcased a diverse mix of subgenres, paving the way for a more focused approach with their second album ‘Time To Suffer,’ released on Danish label Mighty Music in 2018. The band has graced prestigious stages such as Wacken 2016, MetalDays 2017 and 2018, and 2x Antwerp Metal Fest, as well as supporting renowned acts like SUFFOCATION, MEMORIAM, BLOOD RED THRONE, and CANNABIS CORPSE.
Known for their electrifying live performances featuring intense riffs, precise drumming, and a range of extreme vocal styles, CARRION is now poised to unveil their highly anticipated third album, ‘Morbid Nailgun Necropsy.’ With great pride in their latest creation, the band is confident that this album will elevate them to new heights in the metal realm.
