Swedish/Danish modern metal sextet AMARANTHE are pleased to release their brand new album, The Nexus, today in the United States via Spinefarm Records. The album has landed on the iTunes Metal chart today at #1! The Nexus was released elsewhere internationally yesterday, also via Spinefarm Records. AMARANTHEâs new music video for âThe Nexusâ has racked up nearly 1.4 MILLION views since its release on January 25th! The video is available for viewing now on VEVO at this link. The video was directed by Patric Ullaeus, who has worked with names such as In Flames, Arch Enemy and Dimmu Borgir; he was also responsible for AMARANTHE video for âThe Hungerâ, the lead single from the bandâs highly successful debut, now at a whopping 4 million YouTube views (and counting).
The Nexus was produced by Jacob Hansen (whose credits include Volbeat, Dreamshade & Ginger Wildheart, and who worked on AMARANTHEâs 2011 self-titled debut).
