Mannheim-based artist HJORT is proud to announce that his new work, entitled “Evolve IV-VIII” will be released on January 24th, 2025 via Inertial Music. Composed of five tracks for over 39 minutes of duration, “Evolve IV-VIII” is a unique “metal meditation” experience, using elaborate arrangements, partly referring to realms of post-black metal, doom or progressive and symphonic music, simultaneously denying to be categorized properly. “Evolve IV-VIII” will be available as alchemic gold vinyl limited to 100 copies.

HJORT is the solo-work of V/Haze Miasma‘s ‚Atmosphere‘ who acts out the studio project‘s freedom of creating an unique sound experience. The aesthetics of autumn and winter, forests and mountains still are the visual keynote of Atmosphere‘s work and thus distinctly perceptible in the music.

“Evolve IV-VIII” is the logical progression of what was started by the artist with trilogy I-III in 2022. It's the perfect soundtrack for your daily dose of metal meditation – this time in album length.
