With a non-traditional range of influences including metal, grunge, and dance-punk; Balmain’s candid lyrics and faintly dissonant sound on ‘Reach the Unreachable’ are inspired by both energetic dance-punk and classic metalcore and emo acts, showcasing their full sophomore release due later this year with contribution from Scott Middleton (Cancer Bats).
Balmain’s “Reach the Unreachable” takes the melody and organizes chaos for a joy ride. The single has influences from Deftones, The Cure, Death from Above 1979, The Bravery, Architects, Depeche Mode. “Reach the Unreachable” is Balmain’s second song from an upcoming album, slated for release this 2022, which will be mixed and mastered by Scott Middleton (Cancer Bats).
