Jason Crews is the owner and editor of INFRARED MAGAZINE and a Dallas–Fort Worth-based music journalist and concert photographer. Through INFRARED MAGAZINE and JASON CREWS PHOTOGRAPHY, he covers rock, metal, country, and live music with a focus on album reviews, artist features, concert coverage, and photography. DALLAS, TX — The 2026 STATE FAIR OF TEXAS is once again turning Fair Park into one of North Texas’ largest live-music destinations. Hundreds of artists are scheduled across the Fair’s 24-day run, with performances on the Bud Light Stage, ZiegenBock Stage, and White Claw Spotlight Stage joining the previously announced Chevrolet Main Stage program.
The additional stage shows are included with State Fair admission, creating a festival-sized music schedule running from opening day on September 25 through closing day on October 18.
Three Daily Stages Across Fair Park
The Bud Light Stage, located near Cotton Bowl Stadium, will continue to spotlight local and regional artists. The White Claw Spotlight Stage at the Grove on Nimitz is programmed in partnership with the Dallas Music Office and focuses on Dallas-area talent.
New for 2026 is the ZiegenBock Stage at the renovated Old Mill Inn near Big Tex Circle. The space combines live music with food and drinks in one of the most recognizable sections of the Fairgrounds.
The State Fair is also marking its eighth year working with East Dallas-based STATE FAIR RECORDS, which programs and produces music for the Bud Light Stage and the Old Mill area. Jazz musician KEN EBO has been selected as the Fair’s 2026 Resident Artist and will appear in multiple performances during the season.

Combined with the Chevrolet Main Stage’s national and regional bookings, the three schedules make live music a daily part of the State Fair rather than a handful of isolated concert nights. For Dallas–Fort Worth music fans, it also creates an unusually broad cross-section of local, regional, and touring talent in one place.
The 2026 State Fair of Texas, themed “Stars, Stripes, and Howdies,” runs September 25 through October 18 at Fair Park in Dallas.
