Dark progressive rock collective TRILLIONAIRE – uniting current and former members of Revocation, Inter Arma, Ken Mode, Maid Myriad, and more – will unveil their Romulus debut LP through Nefarious Industries this Friday. Advancing its official release, Echoes And Dust is now hosting an exclusive stream of the entire record, paired with a track-by-track dissection written by the band.

Romulus was engineered by Mikey Allred (Inter Arma, Yautja) at Dark Art Audio in Nashville, with the vocals recorded by John Taft at New Alliance in Boston. The record was mixed by Matt Bayles at Red Room (Mastodon, ISIS, Nine Inch Nails), mastered by Ed Brooks at Resonant Mastering (Pearl Jam, Caspian, Minus The Bear), and complemented with stunning artwork/visuals by multimedia artist Josh Graham (Jay-Z, Madonna, Soundgarden).

Echoes And Dust writes in part with their exclusive album stream, “TRILLIONAIRE are a band who play sweeping progressive rock with both a dark and anthemic feeling to create massive and focused songs… Check out Romulus and be prepared to be swept away by their hypnotic and anthemic music.”

Stream TRILLIONAIRE’s entire Romulus LP early only at Echoes And Dust RIGHT HERE.

TRILLIONAIRE’s Romulus will see release through Nefarious Industries on 12” vinyl, CD, and digital this Friday, January 29th. Find preorders for merch bundles as well as all digital service providers at the album’s landing page HERE.

Awakening the ghosts of prog rock, and imbuing them with renewed and unfettered dark ambition, TRILLIONAIRE’s bold, shimmering sound is created by a group of veterans hailing from a wide array of prominent US rock and metal bands. The group’s Romulus debut features a notable cast of contributors, uniting vocalist Renee Fontaine, drummer Phil DuBois (Fuligin, ex-Revocation), bassist Matt St. Gelais, and the triple-guitar attack of Andrew LaCour (Inter Arma, ex-Ken Mode), Drew Storks, and Kevin Savage, with live bass provided by Greg Meisenberg (Maid Myriad, A Fucking Elephant) and additional live guitar by Connor Harvey.

TRILLIONAIRE’s nebulous roots reach back nearly a decade, slowly materializing over numerous writing sessions and recordings taking place in Boston, Richmond, Nashville, and Seattle. Romulus is a record as carnal as it is cosmopolitan – a spiritual soiree where the beautiful and elegant mingle with the crude and grotesque. Over a firestorm of guitars, bass, and percussion, Fontaine’s vocal melodies shimmer like shattered glass glistening in the pale moonlight. Lyrics, sonics, and visuals seamlessly coalesce into a complex mystique rarely seen in the arena of heavy rock n’ roll.
