TERRYE SEIGEL PRODUCTIONS INC.WINS “TALENT BUYER OF THE YEAR”AT THE PRESTIGIOUS 2015 GLOBAL GAMING EXPO (G2E)
Terrye Seigel with Terrye Seigel Productions Inc. in St. Louis, MO took home the “Talent Buyer Of The Year” award at the prestigious 2015 Global Gaming Expo (G2E). The ceremony was held September 30 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. These are the only awards exclusively honoring outstanding artists, executives and venues in the casino entertainment industry. Other awards that night went to gaming entertainment legends Jerry Lewis and Penn & Teller.
Terrye Seigel has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years with a career that started as one of the country’s first female morning drive rock radio DJs. She also started her own band, Terrye Seigel Band, and after leaving her radio gig, she was made VP of Entertainment at Contemporary Productions (now Live Nation) where she held the position for 10 years. After a stint at of Opryland Productions as managing producer, she started her own company in 1995 with the focus on buying top national and regional entertainment for major casinos and corporations.
She has previously been nominated four times as “Talent Buyer Of The Year” by the Academy Of Country Music, and she was the exclusive talent buyer for the ACMs, winning “Casino Of The Year” for Station Casinos five different years. No other casino corporation has won the award as many times as Seigel. She is also proud to be the talent buyer for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sioux City, IA, which was nominated for “Casino Venue Of The Year” by the Global Gaming Expo this year, and it’s only been open since August 2014.
