This annual industry event has become so popular that its SOLD-OUT status comes as no surprise to those who may find themselves being told they are “too late – tickets are gone.” And this year’s celebration is going to be better than ever!

The 2016 SOURCE Hall of Fame—taking place this Tuesday, August 23, at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum at the Historic Municipal Auditorium in Nashville will be inducting six honorees: Alison Booth, MTM Music Group, RCA Records, Sony Music Nashville; Tammy Brown, Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Sony Music, olé Songs; Diane Cash, WLAC Radio, MCA Records, John Conlee Enterprises; Nancy Jones, George Jones Management, George Jones Museum; Callie Khouri,Director, Academy Award Winning Screenwriter, Creator/Executive Producer NASHVILLE Television Show; and Gail Pollock (posthumously), Monument Studios, We Make Tapes.

Brenda Lee and Jeannie Seely will host the 2016 Annual SOURCE Hall of Fame Awards. Charles Esten, star of the CMT TV show “Nashville”, and RCA Records Nashville Artist Chris Young are scheduled to attend this 14^th Annual awards presentation. Tuesday night’s event will also mark the SOURCE organization’s 25 Year Anniversary at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum at the Historic Municipal Auditorium in Nashville.

Founded in 1991, SOURCE is a nonprofit organization supporting women executives and professionals who work in all facets of the Nashville music industry. In 2003, the annual SOURCE Awards were established to pay respect to and honor the women who helped develop and build upon the foundation of the music industry in Nashville. SOURCE also pays tribute to women who presently make major contributions with their work in the industry.
