Rod Stewart “One Last Time”

Rod Stewart brought his “One Last Time” tour to Columbia Maryland, at Merriweather Post Pavilion with special guests Cheap Trick.

Cheap Trick the iconic rock band that formed in Rockford, Illinois opened the show, The band did a great fourteen song set, they covered songs from there hits from past forty plus years, such hits as “ Dream Police” “ If you want my love” “ The Flame” and also covered Fats Domino hit “ Ain’t that a shame” and also did there most popular song “ I want you to want me” Robin Zander, Rick Nielsen and Tom Peterson was have fun and enjoying there self on stage for all their fans.

Rod Stewart brought a very powerful style Las Vegas show to Columbia for his “One Last Time” show that was full of his band and backup singers/dancers and many wardrobe changes during the show, Rod Stewart played a 21-song set for almost 2 hours, some of songs was hits and covers from his past fifty plus years as a performer, with songs like “ Maggie May” “Do ya think I’m Sexy?” “ Forever Young” which he did it and turned it into a Riverdance segment, some of covers he did was “ The first cut is the Deepest” “ Have I told you Lately” and “ Rhythm of my Heart” which he dedicated to Ukraine and had a powerful video package playing in background, while there was these famous wardrobe changes the back up singers would preform and some of songs was “ Lady Marmalade” and “Hot Stuff” Rod Stewart did a encore with “ Some Guys have all the Luck”.
