London’s captivating queer alt.goth-electro-metal artist, Ray Noir, is poised to enthrall global audiences with his highly anticipated 7-track mixtape, “Scorpio,” released on January 12, 2024.

This musical journey is not only a testament to Noir’s artistry but also a powerful expression of resilience, as he reveals, “To make this mixtape, I’ve been homeless and couch surfing for months.”

The path to “Scorpio” has been marked by three groundbreaking prelude singles – “Pity Party,” “Latency,” and the KANGA collaboration “Lonely King.” These tracks have earned acclaim from industry stalwarts Kerrang! Magazine and Side-Line Magazine, resonating on the airwaves of Total Rock & kerrang! Radio, and have all reached Top 20 positions on the German Alternative Charts (DAC). Remixes by Gothminister and Tension Control have further enriched the sonic landscape.

Produced by a powerhouse team featuring KANGA, Samantha Togni, and Frankmusik, with collaborative writing by long-time partner Madeleine Wood, “Scorpio” is a sonic journey rooted in Noir’s zodiac sign and the emotional complexities of growing up in Norway.
