Their first album “Ban The Light” will be released on November 1st, but today DEAF RAT are already fueling the anticipation with a small teaser: The Swedish hard rock hopefuls release their third single “Tying You Down” today via all known streaming platforms.
Inspired by the news of the past years as well as current issues, the album tells the story of the justification of cruel acts by religion and politics. It tells the story of a world in which people’s free will is gradually being taken away almost unnoticed. Produced by Erik Berglund, DEAF RAT’s first prank is the soundtrack of a dark dystopia, an anti-blockbuster starring the fallen angel in the director’s chair and thoroughly vicious creatures.
“Ban The Light” will be released on November 1st via AFM Records. The album is available on CD and Clear Red vinyl, limited to 300 copies.
