A JOSS AND DAVE “MOMENT”
Pals and musical collaborators DAVE STEWART and JOSS STONE will appear tomorrow night–Tuesday, February 14–on CBS-TV’s “Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson.” They’ll perform a special song for Valentine’s Day. Last week, the duo performed two shows in southern California, the first of which (February 9) was a sold-out gig at the Troubadour in Los Angeles. “Joss Stone and Dave Stewart are having a moment,” noted Mikael Wood in his review of the Troubadour show at Rolling Stone.com (2-10-12). Stone and Stewart collaborated last year as co-producers and co-songwriters on her album LP1 (Surfdog Records). They also joined forces last year on the debut album by SuperHeavy, a new band Stewart created with Stone, Mick Jagger, Damian Marley and A.R. Rahman.
