Northern Ontario outlaw punk rock group DEAD II SOCIETY introduce their sound via their debut single, “Dead and Buried,” out September 16.
The band was born during the pandemic, when vocalist and guitarist Buzz (Garden of Bedlam) began writing and recording original music in isolation. What started as a solo project evolved into a full band with bassist Torg, guitarist Yak and drummer Chuk.
“‘Dead and Buried’ was written about a close friend’s experience losing her father at too young an age, and dealing with an evil person who tried to strip her and her brothers of their inheritance,” the band says.
