For your weekend listening pleasure, HARD SUMMER has released today, June 10, the third installment of their popular HARD Summer Mix Series. After major plays with their Slushii, and then Louis the Child mixes to help promote the upcoming Summer edition of their LA festivals, HARD enlisted the old school, Chicago-bred, originator of meshing funk and techno, FELIX DA HOUSECAT–into creating an hour-long mix, that inevitably leaves any listener at the beckoning of the upcoming dancefloor. Amongst an eclectic mix of genuine house music, at about half way in the constant grooving, Felix da Housecat drops unique P. Diddy sample. A subtle ode to the love of house music and the “after parties”; something Felix da Housecat has undoubtedly become known for in the longevity of his career. “House music all night long.”

With its new home at Auto Club Speedway in Southern California, HARD SUMMER music festival boasts an expanded footprint reaching over 500 acres, convenient parking and, for the first time ever, camping. Helming headlining spots for the two-day event is ICE CUBE on Saturday, July 30 and MAJOR LAZER on Sunday, July 31; along with Flosstradamus, Porter Robinson, DJ Khaled and Claude VonStroke on day one, and Dillon Francis, Travi$ Scott, Zeds Dead and Madeon on day two–topping the bill as well.
