On June 15th Live at South Side Ballroom in Dallas Texas. Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) invited us out to his new Hotel Diablo. The crowd was hype and packed into South Side Ballroom. Everyone chanting “MGK” and the lights go out. The huge LED panels on stage come on with a countdown from 10. Door pop onto the screen and the band comes out followed by the man himself, MGK. He starts his show off on top of the LED panel in front of the “Door” to the Hotel. Close to the end of the song he comes down and gets a little closer to his loud fans. The first few songs he does the same thing. After a few songs he comes down and gets handed a guitar. I have to admit, I didn’t know MGK played guitar. He starts playing Jimmy Eat World’s “The Middle”. Which I was kind of thinking this is an odd song to play but to my shock…everyone starts singing. After the song he give the audience a round of applause. During the next song he steps out and get up close and personal with the lucky fans in the front row. I have to say Machine Gun Kelly really puts his all into a performance. He said he wasn’t feeling great this morning also but that didn’t hold him back. I would recommend checking him out at a stop near you!
