Foo Fighters proudly present their hotly anticipated, awesomely heavy new album, Your Favorite Toy, out today via Roswell Records/RCA Records.

The 12th album in Foo Fighters’ 15-GRAMMY-Award-winning discography, Your Favorite Toy’s arrival was heralded over the last several months by the â€œback-to-basics garage-rock delivered in a welter of noisy guitars” (The New York Times) of its title track,“thunderous tone-setter” (Associated Press) “Caught In The Echo,” the â€œfist-pounding” (Revolver) “Of All People,” and â€œcharacteristically intense rocker” (UPROXX) “Asking For A Friend.”

Your Favorite Toy ushers in a new chapter of Foo Fighters’ longtime dominance at multiple radio formats, its string of chart-toppers beginning with last fall’s release of “Asking For A Friend” in the wake of the band’s ecstatically received surprise club shows. The handful of intimate one-offs, in locales ranging from San Luis Obispo CA to Washington DC, begs the question of whether Your Favorite Toy’s release will see similar spontaneous Foo Fighters underplays.

Your Favorite Toy’s release also coincides with the intriguing new video for “Window.” Developed from an original concept by Dave Grohl and directed by Jake Erland, this visual interpretation of one of the new album’s multiple standouts takes viewers on a journey of detached voyeurism: The video stars Craig Parkinson as a window cleaner scaling the glass and steel exterior of a massive skyscraper, observing the various inhabitants of each floor while he remains virtually invisible. To enter the isolated world of the window cleaner and follow along on his vertical trek, go to: https://foofighters.lnk.to/window-vid

Be sure to stay tuned to Foo Fighters site and socials for further audio, visual and potentially in-the-flesh surprises coming soon.

Recorded at home, Your Favorite Toy was co-produced by Foo Fighters and Oliver Roman, engineered by Oliver Roman and mixed by Mark “Spike” Stent. The album consists of the following songs—all now available to stream, download and/or buy on vinyl and other physical formats: https://foofighters.lnk.to/yourfavoritetoy

Your Favorite Toy’s release will be followed closely by the opening of Foo Fighters’ massive Take Cover world tour, which kicks off with next week’s sold out April 28th show at the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, CT and makes stops at this year’s Welcome to Rockville and Bottlerock festivals before resuming with the sold out opener of its European leg June 10th at Unity Arena in Oslo, Norway. The tour’s swing through North American begins August 4th at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium, running through to a September 26th date at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and featuring support from Queens of the Stone Age, Mannequin Pussy and more.
