Four years after their triumphant ‘Emblas Saga,’ the band continues their meteoric rise with a collection of 13 fiery and multifaceted tracks. Known for their epic storytelling and anthemic compositions, BROTHERS OF METAL deliver an album packed with thunderous riffs, commanding drumbeats, and vocals that resonate through Valhalla.

Opening with “Sowilo,” the album sets an epic tone, immersing listeners in majestic melodies and stirring emotions. “Flight of the Ravens” stands as a rallying anthem, its powerful musicianship and commanding vocals inspiring unity and strength. “Giantslayer” charges forward with scorching guitars, thunderous drums, and infectious riffs, showcasing the band’s knack for delivering electrifying power metal.

“Heart of Stone” shifts gears with its groove-heavy rhythms and head-banging energy, while “Rivers of Gold” gathers listeners for a fiery, all-out assault. The haunting “Blood Red Sky” slowly draws you into its monumental atmosphere, while “Ratatosk” offers a reflective journey into the depths of imagination. “Chasing Light” merges crushing riffs and pounding bass with searing guitar leads and soaring vocals, solidifying its place as one of the album’s most powerful tracks.

The infectiously catchy “Heavy Metal Viking” sticks in your head for days, while “The Other Son of Odin” tugs at the imagination with its emotional depth. “Berserkir” transports listeners into dreams and mythic landscapes, while “Nanna’s Fate” enchants with its majestic melodies and spine-tingling chants. The album closes with the title track, “Fimbulvinter,” a grand and fitting finale blending classical grandeur with the band’s signature sound.

Since their debut album, ‘Prophecy of Ragnarök,’ BROTHERS OF METAL have evolved from an insider tip to a defining force in the power metal genre. ‘Fimbulvinter’ showcases their ability to craft powerful anthems while exploring the depth of Norse mythology and epic themes. With its intricate compositions and energetic delivery, this album ensures BROTHERS OF METAL will remain a permanent fixture in modern metal.
