REVIEW – BARDS OF SKAÐI‘s latest album, ‘Glysisvallur: Musick from the frozen Atlantis’, is a mesmerizing odyssey into the realm of musical imagination. The opening track, “Glysisvallur”‘”, sets a dreamlike tone, inviting listeners to close their eyes and drift into a world of serene soundscapes. “Yxdans” evokes nostalgia with its emotive melodies, transporting you to a simpler, more tranquil time.
“Iduns Langdans” continues this dreamy journey, while “Nordanstig” stirs profound emotions, sending shivers down your spine with its haunting beauty. “Sagas Skanklat” immerses you in a deep imaginative experience, showcasing the band’s ability to craft captivating narratives through music.
