To coincide with today’s release of their debut EP, Stitches, plaintive New York trio GLASS MIMIC has unveiled a video for the single “Cavalier.”
“The song is an exposition of possession – the dual nature of guardianship and confinement,” says the band. “The friction of savior and captor. That what you seek to protect is that which you will ensnare.”
Formed in the winter of 2017 by former and current members of the death-doom collective Fin’Amor and goth-industrial metal group Fellahin Fall, guitarist Julian, keyboardist and bassist Nodar, and singer-songwriter Eugene comprise the sonic triumvirate that is GLASS MIMIC.
