Presented in conjunction with The Light Group, DAYLIGHT Beach Club and LIGHT Nightclub at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas—announces artist lineup for Memorial Day Weekend Friday, May 23 – Sunday, May 25.
WHO:
Kick-off the holiday weekend Friday, May 23 at DAYLIGHT with a performance by Miami’s GTA. Later that night at LIGHT, its main stage act KREWELLA who have been enticing fans the world over with tracks like “Enjoy The Ride,” “Party Monster” and “Alive.” Next, Sweden’s hottest new export–Alesso–comes to Mandalay bay for appearances at both DAYLIGHT and LIGHT Saturday, May 24 performing his current radio smash “Under Control.” Alesso, a Grammy nominated artist is having a massive 2014 with major slots at Ultra and Coachella this spring and an artist album in the works for later this spring. On Sunday, May 25, party-goers will be treated with a day performance by a special surprise guest who is one of the most dynamic MC’s in Hip-hop. To close out DAYLIGHT’s Memorial Day Weekend bash, crossover music mastermind Nicky Romero will perform Sunday night (3/25) at ECLIPSE, spinning chart-topping tracks like “Symphonica,” his UK #1, “I Could Be The One” and his single, “Legacy” (the highly sought-after collaboration with KREWELLA), among others. That night Sultan + Ned Shepard will helm the decks at LIGHT during its peak hours, while the club ushers in the first night of iconic DJ/producer Carl Cox’s residency with a late night 3 a.m. set. For over 20 years, Carl Cox has been an in-demand staple in international club circles with a popular residency in Ibiza and his very own music arenas at some of the world’s largest music festivals. He is a musical ambassador, a veteran of the acid house scene and a champion of techno.
