In late December we commenced the move into a new warehouse, which was completed on December 31st. As of today, Tuesday January 5th, we are still waiting on the internet to be installed in the new premises despite application being made in early December to transfer the account from the old HQ to the new one. However because of both covid and Christmas holidays, we are still awaiting an update.
Because of this situation, we are currently unable to process and ship orders but we are hoping to rectify this issue as quickly as possible however we still don’t know exactly when it will be installed.
I apologise to everyone for the hold up and assure you that as soon as the internet is in, your orders will ship.
