Corey Taylor goes off!! Screaming, Rapping and his clean vocals add some creepy vibes that we have all come to expect and love from Slipknot there is even a choir at one point….what? An emotional Metal Ride. To say “We are not your kind” is the Metal LP of the year would be an understatement in my book.
Undoubtedly the release of this LP August 9th should do well!

As I was listening to ‘We Are Not Your Kind’, besides trying to remember where my favorite Slipknot t-shirt disappeared to…it felt like a photo album flipping pages from verse to verse. Reminding me of moments Slipknot’s music has helped me over and over through bullshit in my life. If money was not an issue I would be traveling to their next US date so I could jump in the pit and bash out some aggression.
Every member of Slipknot has it together in perfect timing on this one. I’m a huge Sid Wilson fan and I must add…bravo!
