BOULDER, CO (March 30, 2021) – Stone Cottage Studios, a Colorado-based Music Discovery Platform focused on supporting and promoting both local and visiting musicians, is gearing up to host an HD livestream concert with High Lonesome on April 17th. Chuck Sitero will be joined by Tyler Rennix on lead guitar, John Chilton on mandolin, Brandt Miller on banjo, and Matt Thomas on bass. High Lonesome has a couple tricks and special guests up their sleeves, helping them bring their version of traditional and hard-driving bluegrass, centered around impeccable picking and tight vocal harmonies, to fans’ eyes and ears. In support of the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Chuck and the rest of High Lonesome will bring their high-energy jams and melodical originals directly to viewers’ screens, thanks to sponsors River & Woods, and the efforts of Stone Cottage Studios.
Artists have been hit hard in the past year with the dip in live performance opportunities, and the Stone Cottage Studios team has been putting tremendous efforts into pulling smaller and independent acts into the digital concert world, implementing several automated camera systems into their setup to eliminate the need for camera personnel, and limiting SCS staff to two (operating in a COVID-safe manner). Composed of musicians, songwriters, audio engineers, and filmmakers–all artists in their own right–the team at Stone Cottage Studios is passionate about both offering support and opportunities for their fellow artists during hard times, and providing an authentic, unique, and inspirational listening and viewing experience for fans via professional audio recording and cinematic video production.
