NITA STRAUSS, the lead touring guitarist for ALICE COOPER, rolled into Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis, Maryland this past Saturday. Strauss’ spring tour is to promote her new album, ‘Controlled Chaos’ on Sumerian Records, released in November of 2018.
The California native hit the stage with her band and played a heavy set of songs from her album and shredded some amazing sounds, performing a good fifty-minute set. Two of the songs she performed off the album were her remake of Queen’s hit “The Show Must Go On” and Alice Cooper’s “I’m Eighteen”. There was also a great drum solo from Josh Villalta.
Strauss’ spring tour will continue for a few more weeks then she goes back on the road with ALICE COOPER and HALESTORM. Check out www.sumerianrecords.com for tour dates.
