The Path, by Icelandic metal group Punks Of The Empire, is an intermission on the concept album Gehenna. The album is a heavy sad and lonely concept and the first song of B-side is the main character’s chance to step back and become whole again but driven by grief he constantly relives his and his loved ones’ moments, blaming all but himself for his faith.

The band added; “The song was written on acoustic guitar and meant as such but never fitted, so we had the idea of using an old broken organ as the main character in the song.”
