CANCEL U.S. TOUR
DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUE
Due to a medical issue, U.K. electro-pop duo THE TING TINGS have regrettably been forced to cancel their upcoming U.S. tour which was due to begin in Berwyn, IL this coming Thursday, June 18. Singer and guitarist Katie White has been diagnosed with a partially ruptured tendon in her left hand and has been ordered by doctors to rest it until it heals. The band issued the following statement:
“Really sorry to be cancelling our U.S. tour. My left hand has been playing me up for a while and unfortunately, it finally decided to throw a tendon tantrum,” says White. “We tried to scale back the upcoming shows to avoid making it worse, but unfortunately, I have a torn tendon that the doctors have said only rest and physiotherapy will heal… back soon.”
