DEAD HAWKE Live at The Rail Club

DEAD HAWKE photo by Will Crews

Fort Worth, TX – Opening for MAC SABBATH at The Rail Club Thursday night was DEAD HAWKE a local three piece band who consider themselves Sludge, Doom, Stoner, Southern, Psychedelic, Experimental Rock Metal. Personally, I would call it grunge rock. Now to me that is not bad just the opposite. I really enjoyed the show and they got things rocking for the crazy MAC SABBATH guys. DEAD HAWKE is Eric Harris on vocals/lead guitar, Kelly Hnot on bass and Cole Cowdon on drums. Eric has a really deep voice and is fantastic on the lead guitar with Kelly knocking out some raspy vibrato’d fast fingered bass and Cole keeping the rhythm on the skins.

UPCOMING SHOWS:
April 22 at Abbey Underground in Denton, TX
May 14 at The Aardvark in Fort Worth, TX
