DALLAS – The Curtain Club‘s charitable gift of live music, cold drinks, and welcoming homage to their costumers, called crowds to witness 5 Billion and Counting, as well as many other bands.

The depths of Deep Ellum were met with ominous clouds and trickling rain that chilled skin of the curious visitors to the bone. Looming patrons danced upon the side walks as they made way to their destinations that will offer them a thrilling evening. Buildings full of life pulled the attention of the brave thrill seekers, who opened their arms to the nights possibilities.

The Curtain Club, however, contributed the ecstasy and zealous that no one else could offer through their live music, and upcoming performance of 5 Billion and Counting, System X, Mad Mexicans, and Faded Grace.

With a night full of biting rain, one would think that none would be courageous enough to take on such an evening, but that hypothesis was proven to be false.
The Curtain Club’s company, abounding with passion and eagerness for 5 Billion and Counting, hovered reluctantly for their ears to be seized with pleasure. The evenings symphony of pleasure began with the thrill of System X dominating the stage.

Streaming lights above that caste a silhouette of the band upon their bodies of the ground. Their ghostly shadows were the life and soul of the energy that will be unveiled in the night. Fans gazed with a fixed attention. From a day that was drenched with rain, this relief from the gloomy day was exactly what they needed.

Anticipation swelled among the bar as the band commenced sound check, and played fervidly before curtain even opened. The band teased the crowd by sticking their hands out of the curtain. A young lady looked inside, and was surprised by a kiss by her beloved musician.

Soon curtains were pulled apart, and 5 Billion and Counting took over the whole venue. The intense radiance of the band captivated the crowd, and would not let them go until each and everyone of them was possessed by their greatness. The lead singer gave an intimate aspect to the show by conversing with the crowd between sounds, which gave the crowd comfort as though they were old friends. However, when the band came to their final song, the audience couldn’t believe the show had already come to a close – a performance so overwhelming no one wanted it to end.

The creeping final hours of the night reeled the crowd from Curtain Club. Cars splashed the open roads and costumers of metal enthusiasm paved the sidewalks with their weary chuckles of contentment. Their slight sighs conveyed the shear cheerfulness that consumed their hearts. Music echoed through the open doors of draining buildings, and trailed through the air to follow their visitors home. With the desolation of the evening came a new beginning of the following day, but the children of the night can’t be silenced. Their cries will be heard once again.
